I think you’re good - I think this only means posting for download. Like, don’t post entire music files, or videos, or a pdf of a copyrighted book.
Posting links to anything is pretty much fair game and I’m pretty sure YouTube content creators want you to link to their stuff, embed their videos, etc.
In practice I agree. I was just mocking the §§.
For instance, a link to a competitor is not stealing anything. The infringement begins if we develop a copycat.
