My old maps service Chronoscope World uses ChronoApplets to link to other platforms. Now it is possible to jump directly to a specific year and timeframe in OHM.
DIY: Open the yellow disc and have fun.
For thrill seekers – The opposite way works as well. Copy an OHM link, open a Chronoscope window and paste the link_ 
(Now I try to find a matching old map close to the selected year in OHM. This is highly experimental stuff)
